It is 30 years this month since the Falklands War commenced and as a schoolboy in the Sedbergh School CCF Naval Section it remains a clear memory. Our affiliated ship was the HMS Antelope which came under attack in San Carlos Water on the 23rd of May 1982 from Argentine fighters.

When in London my trips wouldn’t be complete without meeting up with Clive, an economist with sound background in history and politics who has been working as an investment banker in the City of London for 20 years.
